HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE CHALLENGE !!!

AKSHAR YOGA KENDRAA
will host a series of training sessions to prepare registered practitioners for this massive feat of 
setting new world records in Yoga Asanas 
recognised by 
GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS

Highly skilled and extensively experienced Akshar Yoga Kendraa teachers will conduct online training sessions for all practitioners. 
The training sessions will be very inclusive so you may be at any level in your Yoga practice, be it a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, there's surely a place for you in the training sessions.

Residents of Bengaluru can also join us at Akshar Yoga Kendraa Sadashivnagar or Akshar Yoga Research and Development Centre @ the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence to begin preparing your Body and Mind for the Yogic challenge of the year !!!
