If you want to address mild to severe physical, mental, or emotional issues step-by-step and are open to submitting to higher life forces, we encourage you to join.

Pranayama & Meditation
Our practice emphasizes simple breathing and meditation techniques that energize the mind and promote mental fortitude, mindfulness, and tranquillity. We aid practitioners' physical, mental, and spiritual development by paying attention to the breath. This transformative experience is recommended for yoga practitioners at the beginner and intermediate levels who are eager to expand their practice. Join us in cultivating an inner sense of harmony and peace through the power of the breath with Pranayama and Meditation.

This session is designed to help you understand your body with easy-to-follow practices. Our class breaks down the basics of yoga and promotes good health.
